Ilona W. Page, CPA
After graduating with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the Kenan-Flagler Business School at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, I spent many years as business manager and circulation director at a national literary magazine. In this position, I provided accounting, bookkeeping, payroll, and other financial management functions. I learned how important it is to the success of a business to have a good accountant and efficient accounting processes. My experience inspired me to become a CPA, so that I could partner with businesses and individuals in their financial success.
I returned to UNC's Kenan-Flagler Business School to pursue a Master of Accounting. Upon receipt of my degree, I worked in Raleigh at the largest CPA firm of the Southeast, followed by a small local CPA firm in Chapel Hill. While honing my skills in tax and accounting for individuals and businesses, I also observed diverse approaches to client service. I experienced them through the lens of a former business manager with first-hand knowledge of what clients need. I decided to open my own tax and accounting practice to combine the best of what I’d learned. I offer a client-focused approach that provides responsive, efficient, and accurate tax and accounting services with the highest standards of professionalism and ethics.
